1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Options and Times
We offer the following delivery options:
a. Standard Delivery
Delivery time: 2-3 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and size.
b. Express Delivery
Delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and size.
c. Furniture Delivery
Larger items, such as furniture and sculptures, require special handling and may take longer to deliver (e.g. 7–10 business days).
Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date.
Additional fees may apply depending on delivery location.
d. Click and Collect
You can collect your order for free from our physical store in the Millgate Shopping Centre, Bury.
Orders will usually be ready for collection from the day of purchase.
Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID for collection.
4. Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
5. Furniture Delivery Information
Assembly: Our furniture delivery service does not include assembly unless otherwise stated.
Access Requirements: Please ensure our delivery team has clear access to the delivery location. If delivery is not possible due to restricted access, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) to monitor your delivery.
7. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours. Provide photos of the damage to assist with the resolution process.
Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, contact us immediately.
9. Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Some remote areas may incur additional delivery charges or have longer delivery times.
